As many of you know I own a company called Discover Cabinetry. Each Monday, we hold a weekly sales call to set the tone for the week. The team shares wins of the previous week and sets a goal for the coming week.
Over the last two weeks my team set goals that I deem to below standards. This week I am going to take their “goals” from last week and make it a priority to achieve all of them. This post is not one to brag. However, it is one to set my tone for the week and I will share the results.
